Senior ERP Business & Systems Analyst

About the role

OISSG Consultancy is looking for an experienced consultant to analyse business documentation and processes, define the requirements for a future ERP system and help prepare the ERP implementation RFP. The role is based in Qatar and requires fluency in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Review business documents, policies, procedures, process maps and requirements to understand operational needs.
• Run stakeholder workshops to clarify processes, identify gaps and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional, technical and non-functional ERP requirements.
• Define requirements for modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, reporting, integrations, data migration and security controls.
• Document current and future processes, set acceptance criteria and requirements traceability.
• Contribute to the RFP with technical scope, requirements specifications, compliance matrices and vendor response templates.
• Support technical clarifications and proposal reviews, and prepare professional documentation in Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP business analysis, systems analysis, functional consulting or enterprise application requirements.
• Proven experience turning business documentation into ERP specifications and contributing to RFPs or tenders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes, system integration and ERP implementation; previous work with Qatari government entities strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Currently residing in Qatar.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written, able to run workshops and deliver professional outputs in both languages.
• Strong understanding of the Qatari government sector, its governance and stakeholder requirements.
