Senior Estimator – Buildings Tender

About the role
We are looking for a senior estimator to lead large‑scale building construction tenders from inquiry through final submission, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for major building projects and verify Bills of Quantities, drawings and specifications.
- Source, analyse and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, assess commercial risks and propose value‑engineering alternatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building estimation and tendering, with a strong track record in the GCC market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline; ready to relocate to Qatar if not already based there.
Required skills
- Advanced estimation software such as Candy or CostX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
