Senior Financial Analyst – Talent Pipeline

About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Talent Pipeline function, you will support the business with financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. You will also develop financial business cases for investments and process improvements to enhance decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and conduct quantitative analysis for revenue, cost and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual variance analyses to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
• Perform ad‑hoc revenue and cost analyses for senior management.
• Define, monitor and report key performance indicators regularly.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with corporate definitions and standards.
• Optimize reporting processes for route profitability, financial accounting and management reporting.
• Review annual budget submissions against strategic targets and control spend to meet cost‑of‑sale goals.
• Evaluate business case proposals for incremental revenue or cost reduction.
• Check contracts and agreements for financial compliance.
• Consolidate and analyse departmental financial results on a monthly and annual basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English with strong attention to detail.
