Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in Doha to shape and execute people strategies that drive organisational performance and employee engagement. This role operates in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead performance management and organisational development activities.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of key talent.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HR governance requirements.
• Utilise HR metrics and workforce analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP role.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, performance management and change management.
• Experience in a large, fast‑paced, multicultural organisation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
