Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on driving people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and improving workforce effectiveness within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead performance management and organizational development activities.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of key talent.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and HR governance requirements.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP role.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Change Management.
• Experience within a large, fast‑paced, multicultural organization.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
