Senior Implementation Engineer – Airport & Airline Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Implementation Engineer you will lead end‑to‑end technical implementation of integrated airport and airline solutions across applications, networks, servers, infrastructure, security, virtualization and cloud environments. You will act as the on‑site technical and functional focal point, ensuring successful adoption and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, integrate, test and support airport and airline technology solutions across the full technology stack.
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical implementation plans and ensure integration with interacting systems.
• Coordinate customer go‑live activities, provide post‑implementation support and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Support and project teams to track actions, risks and issues, escalating material impacts.
• Monitor solution performance after deployment and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience implementing and supporting infrastructure platforms, application deployments or integrated systems.
• Hands‑on experience with technology solutions in airport environments and solid understanding of airport and airline operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical and integration issues.
• Customer‑focused communication, able to explain technical matters clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
