Senior Inspector – Architectural Fit‑Out

About the role

Responsible for inspecting architectural fit‑out works within airport facilities, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and airport operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review approved architectural shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Inspect fit‑out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, doors, glazing and counters.
• Verify material compliance with approved samples, mock‑ups and project specifications.
• Raise site observations and NCRs, follow up corrective actions and maintain daily inspection reports with photographs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other discipline inspectors to resolve site issues and conduct snagging inspections before handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural inspection and interior fit‑out projects, preferably in airport or large‑scale commercial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret approved shop drawings, specifications and material submittals.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (advantage).
