Senior Legal Manager

About the role

The Senior Legal Manager will act as the Group’s primary legal advisor and representative, ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations and supporting strategic objectives. This senior position requires overseeing corporate governance, regulatory relations, and litigation management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend optimal legal solutions and strategies to achieve the Group’s objectives.
• Represent the Group before governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, and private entities.
• Oversee corporate governance implementation in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on contracts and agreements.
• Manage legal disputes, litigation matters, and prepare necessary court documentation.
• Lead compliance activities, including AML framework development and regulatory reporting to the Board and authorities.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Law with more than 15 years of legal experience in corporate and legal institutions.
• Strong business acumen combined with a dedication to legal compliance.
• Methodical approach with outstanding planning abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and native Arabic proficiency.
