About the role
We are seeking a Visa Consultant to guide clients through European, USA and other visit visa processes. The role involves direct client interaction and handling applications from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients on visa options, eligibility and documentation
- Review and prepare visa applications
- Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
- Follow up on application status and keep clients updated
- Maintain accurate records and meet targets
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in visa or immigration consulting
- Fluent in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and client‑handling skills
- Female candidates preferred; candidates from the Indian subcontinent are welcome
