Senior Manager - Domestic Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Senior Manager – Domestic Regulatory Reporting will lead the preparation, analysis and submission of financial and regulatory reports for QNB at both the local and group levels. This role ensures compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations while driving reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and disclose timely, accurate financial and regulatory reports in line with QCB rules.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to improve reporting productivity, reduce turnaround time and minimize errors.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to regulatory and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with Qatar Central Bank officials and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Liaise with internal audit, external auditors and compliance teams to provide required information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with group objectives and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial and regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of Qatar Central Bank regulations and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting cycles and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
