Senior Manager Finance Planning & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Manager Finance Planning & Reporting leads Ooredoo Qatar’s end‑to‑end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting. The role ensures that accurate, timely and insightful financial information is provided to business units, executive management and the Ooredoo Group, while continuously improving the reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full financial planning cycle, including Annual Operating Plan (AoP), budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports for Ooredoo Qatar and meet Group reporting requirements.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and data integrity in line with IFRS and internal policies.
• Allocate budgets to Business Units, enforce budgetary controls and deliver variance analysis with corrective actions.
• Design and structure financial and non‑financial reports to meet the needs of management and business units.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to increase efficiency.
• Share performance results with Business Units, discuss recommendations and support decision‑making.
• Conduct segment and product profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance planning, budgeting and reporting functions in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and internal financial governance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional finance teams.
