Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

An experienced Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) is sought to design, develop and deploy high-quality cross-platform applications for mobile and web using a shared Flutter codebase. The ideal candidate has strong Flutter expertise, a deep understanding of application architecture and experience delivering scalable, maintainable and performant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Flutter applications end-to-end for iOS, Android and web
• Write clean, high-performance, testable code following best practices
• Work with product managers, designers and backend teams to define requirements and deliver features
• Optimize app performance, memory usage and responsiveness across devices
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and WebSockets
• Implement secure coding practices, analytics and push notifications
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Keep up with Flutter, architecture patterns and emerging technologies
• Maintain a clean Git branching strategy and version control workflow

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional mobile development on native Android/iOS
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development with published apps

Required skills

• Dart, Flutter widgets, custom UI components and animations
• State management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX)
• Firebase, local storage, push notifications, app-store deployment and CI/CD
• REST APIs, WebSockets and asynchronous programming
• Native iOS/Android (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java) is a big plus
