Senior Oracle HCM Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion HCM professional to provide remote, hands‑on support across the full suite of Oracle HCM modules. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve incidents for Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning Management, Goals and Performance Management modules.
• Manage change requests, system configuration, and documentation.
• Conduct Oracle quarterly release testing and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations using HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, and SQL.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven experience across multiple HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Learning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
