Senior Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Organizational Development Specialist designs, implements and continuously improves Organizational Development (OD) programs that support business objectives. The role covers performance management, talent management, succession planning, competency frameworks, organizational design, employee engagement and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance performance management processes and frameworks
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks across the organization
• Support succession planning and talent review initiatives
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning activities
• Design and implement talent management and employee development programs
• Analyze organizational structures and recommend improvements
• Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Prepare reports, metrics and insights for leadership decisions
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align OD initiatives with strategy
• Support change management and transformation projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development
• Experience in organizational design and change management

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of performance management, competency frameworks, succession planning and talent management
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
