HR Generalist – Qatar

About the role

MBRF, a global food company, is hiring an HR Generalist in Qatar. The role acts as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, partnering with them on talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement and organizational effectiveness while keeping HR policies and standards in line.

Key responsibilities

• Support business leaders and employees with HR policies, processes and employee matters, and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Run performance management cycles, calibration discussions, talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives
• Provide first-level employee relations support, including investigations and disciplinary processes
• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and offboarding
• Support organizational structure updates, position management and HR data maintenance
• Support training needs analysis, learning initiatives and development programs

Required profile

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle, employee relations and HR programs
• Exposure to performance management, talent management, recruitment and employee engagement
• Experience in a matrix or multinational environment is an advantage

Required skills

• HRIS systems management and data reporting; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, professionalism and confidentiality
