Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

VIKST is seeking a senior performance marketer who lives and breathes Meta Ads and thrives in eCommerce. You will act as a growth partner, shaping strategy and scaling DTC brands across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high‑performing Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys, from ad creative to landing pages and lifetime value.
• Audit, optimise, and scale campaigns using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with creative specialists and developers to align messaging and performance.
• Participate in client strategy calls and provide proactive, impact‑focused recommendations.
• Identify and test scaling opportunities on Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads where relevant.

Required profile

• Extensive Meta Ads experience, having managed multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Comfortable advising founders, CMOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to isolate bottlenecks and uncover scalable wins.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Enjoys fast‑moving teams, direct feedback, and high accountability.
