Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will implement, monitor, and maintain the Programme Quality Management System (QMS) for roads and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QMS in coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitor design and construction activities for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate quality audits, site inspections, non‑conformance reporting and corrective actions.
• Analyse quality trends, identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain quality dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and training to staff and project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; chartered status preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of total postgraduate experience, including at least 10 years in quality assurance/control for infrastructure projects.
• Extensive GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, on major roads and infrastructure projects.
