Senior Real Estate Broker

About the role

KBN Group Holding is expanding its real estate portfolio and seeks a Senior Real Estate Broker to own deals from first contact to final signature. You will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, source listings, advise clients, negotiate terms, and close transactions while leveraging an extensive network and deep knowledge of the Qatar market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through your network, referrals, and KBN's marketing channels.
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with professionalism and discretion.
• Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and property viewings.
• Negotiate and drive transactions through to completion.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior agents and help drive team targets and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a real estate broker with a strong record of closed deals and client retention.
• Valid real estate broker licence as required by local regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Qatar property market.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving licence and own car.
