Senior Sales Operations Officer – LNG Trading

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Officer to provide commercial, logistical and administrative support for our LNG trading activities. The role works closely with traders to optimise contract value, minimise profit leakage and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end commercial and logistical support for LNG contracts and charter parties.
- Collaborate with traders to apply economic and optimisation techniques for profitable operations.
- Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with anti‑trust, competition and freight regulations.
- Manage client relationships and internal stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate contract administration, financial tracking and legal documentation.
- Utilise CTRM systems to record and analyse transaction data.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of commercial operations experience, including at least 2 years in LNG trading with leading IOCs, NOCs or trading firms.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin or Korean are a plus.
- Broad knowledge of trading, risk control, sales operations, finance, legal and economic analysis.
- Proven negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) systems.
