Senior SAP HCM - HR Process Management

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is hiring a Senior SAP HCM - HR Process Management professional for a full-time position in Doha. The role manages and supports key SAP HCM processes such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, employee master data and HR reporting, acting as a key link between HR, IT, payroll, finance and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end HR processes in SAP HCM, aligned with HR policies and business requirements, and guide HR, payroll and business users
• Support SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and testing during upgrades
• Maintain employee master data and personnel actions in Personnel Administration (PA)
• Maintain organizational structures, positions, jobs and reporting relationships in Organizational Management (OM)
• Analyze complex HR and system issues, document incidents and coordinate with SAP technical teams, IT and vendors
• Take part in system enhancements, upgrades and UAT, and prepare test scenarios
• Develop HR reports and analyses, and act as a senior functional point of contact for HR, Payroll, Finance and IT
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, support audits and protect confidential employee data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic
• SAP HCM certification preferred but not mandatory

Required skills

• Strong practical experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM preferred
