Senior Specialist Broadband & OTV Product Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist will own the end‑to‑end management, growth and profitability of Ooredoo Qatar's Business Broadband and Ooredoo TV portfolio. This role drives product strategy, roadmap planning, forecasting and commercial performance across the B2B segment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product road‑maps for fixed data products (MPLS, VPN, lease lines) and IPTV/OTT services.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: concept, launch, optimisation, migration, enhancement and retirement.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and commercial models for new launches.
• Lead market research, pricing strategy, promotional offers and go‑to‑market plans.
• Own subscriber, revenue and usage forecasting and prepare annual business plans.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, content partners and internal teams to deliver new capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management within telecommunications, ICT, broadband, IPTV or OTT.
• Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering profitable B2B solutions.
• Strong understanding of broadband internet services, video streaming technologies and content delivery models.
• Experience supporting enterprise bids, tenders and solution development.
