Sign Production & Installation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sign Production & Installation Specialist to manufacture, fabricate and install a variety of indoor and outdoor signage for commercial projects in Doha. The role involves handling projects from production through final installation, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and install indoor and outdoor signage.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl application and graphics.
• Apply vinyl graphics accurately according to production specifications.
• Mount and laminate printed graphics while maintaining quality standards.
• Install various signage types, including ACP/aluminium cladding, 3D channel letters, acrylic & metal letters, large vinyl graphics, banners, post & panel signs, wayfinding & directional signage, concrete bases and sign frames.
• Operate power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read production drawings and installation instructions.
• Conduct quality checks before and after installation.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow workplace safety standards during fabrication and installation.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in signage production and installation.
• Proven experience with indoor and outdoor signage projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physical lifting.
• Willingness to travel for project installations.
• Good English communication and reading skills.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Qatar or having prior GCC experience.

Required skills

• Vinyl graphics application and lamination.
• Installation of ACP/aluminium cladding and 3D channel letters.
• Fabrication and mounting of acrylic, metal letters and large-format graphics.
• Use of power tools and installation fixings.
• Reading and interpreting measurements, drawings and production specifications.
