Site Manager – Industrial Project (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of an industrial construction and installation project in Qatar. The role requires full‑time on‑site presence for six months, overseeing all phases of the project and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to the client and subcontractors on site.
• Lead and coordinate construction activities throughout all project phases.
• Manage site teams and supervise subcontractors, monitoring progress, resources, and productivity.
• Organise and lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with the project schedule and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Implement HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Apply quality procedures and monitor quality‑control activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and act as the interface between construction, engineering, and client teams.
• Participate in project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up, and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in an equivalent position.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience in brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic activities.
• Fluent in English.
