About the role
The Skin Care Expert will provide professional skincare advice, personalized product recommendations, and in‑store facial treatments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth skin consultations and recommend tailored skincare and haircare regimens.
- Perform professional facial treatments following brand protocols and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales of skincare and haircare products, achieving individual and store targets.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain product presentation standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare, beauty advisory, or aesthetician roles.
- Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or related field preferred.
- Experience in a multi‑brand retail environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets through consultative selling.
