Skin Care Expert – Professional Consultation & Treatments

About the role

The Skin Care Expert provides professional skincare advice, personalized product recommendations, and in‑store facial treatments. This role blends product expertise with consultative selling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth skin consultations, understand customer concerns, and recommend tailored skincare and haircare regimens.
• Perform professional facial treatments following brand protocols, hygiene standards, and customer comfort requirements.
• Drive sales of skincare and haircare products, achieve individual and store targets, and promote new launches and campaigns.
• Maintain treatment areas, tools, and equipment to the highest standards and support visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare, beauty advisory, aesthetician or similar customer‑facing role.
• Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, skin concerns, treatment techniques and current beauty trends.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets through personalized customer engagement.
