Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support and maintain the hotel's social media presence. Acting as a Brand Champion, the role brings the hotel's experiences to life through content, creative storytelling and coordination of social media activities across Rooms, F&B outlets, Spa and other facilities. The position works closely with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish daily Instagram and Facebook Stories, including basic photography, video editing and graphic design
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
• Coordinate creative content for posts, Reels and Stories, and organize photo and video shoots, including planning, scheduling and on-site coordination
• Manage publishing, community engagement and timely responses to guest inquiries
• Coordinate influencer and media collaborations, including invitations, property visits and follow-ups
• Monitor performance using Meta and Sprinklr, prepare regular reports and suggest improvements
• Work with F&B, Spa, Rooms and other departments to promote experiences and upcoming activities, and support the Marketing team with campaign execution

Required profile

• Diploma required; additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a Coordinator or in a supervisor position
• Strong organizational and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at once
• Proactive attitude, understanding of luxury hospitality and passion for digital storytelling
