Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to boost our real‑estate brand’s online presence. You will design and execute digital campaigns, produce engaging content, and generate qualified leads across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter) accounts.
• Create graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts for property listings and corporate branding.
• Plan monthly content calendars and schedule campaigns.
• Run paid advertising on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and monitor performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Optimize website content and apply SEO best practices.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for marketing assets.
• Support branding initiatives, property launches, exhibitions and events.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media and digital marketing within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media management tools.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar content‑creation software.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and lead‑generation strategies.
