Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Al Rayah Driving School is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Qatar to manage its social media presence and drive digital growth. The role covers content creation, paid advertising, campaign analysis and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms and pages of the school.
• Plan, create and execute social media marketing campaigns.
• Run paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation and performance monitoring.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and prepare regular reports.
• Respond to online engagement and coordinate with the team on customer inquiries and lead generation.
• Keep branding consistent and up to date across platforms.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to raise brand awareness, engagement and course registrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
• Strong content creation skills, including video shooting, editing, reels and graphic design.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimisation and lead generation.
• Creative thinking, good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in the Qatar market is an advantage.
