Social Media Officer / Receptionist

About the role

Maestro Medical Center in Doha, Qatar is looking for a professional, friendly and well-organized Social Media & Reception Officer. The role combines managing the center's social media accounts and creating engaging content with handling patient inquiries, coordinating appointments and providing front-desk and customer service support. It suits a proactive person with strong communication skills, creativity, good organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: manage and maintain accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms; plan, create and publish posts, stories, reels, campaigns and service announcements; coordinate with doctors and staff on accurate content; capture and coordinate photos and videos; respond to messages and comments; monitor engagement and campaign performance and report regularly; keep a consistent brand image and respect patient privacy and consent.
• Reception and patient coordination: welcome patients and visitors, manage front-desk operations, answer calls and WhatsApp messages, schedule, confirm, reschedule and follow up appointments, register new patients and keep accurate records, handle patient inquiries and inform them about timings and procedures, follow up on missed appointments, keep the reception area organized, refer medical questions to the right healthcare professional and keep patient records confidential.
• Administrative and customer service support: maintain appointment records, schedules and administrative documents, assist with daily administrative tasks, provide accurate information on services and offers, support patient satisfaction and perform other duties assigned by management.
