About the role

Your main job is to understand systems, identify what matters, and make practical decisions that improve business outcomes. You will simplify complex architectures, make smart technology choices, and keep software, infrastructure, and hardware scalable and maintainable. The role also involves direct work with customers through nobleconsul.com to evaluate technologies and develop practical strategies.

Key responsibilities

• List options, compare trade‑offs, and recommend the best solution.
• Review existing systems and decide what to keep, improve, simplify, or remove.
• Prioritize technical work based on business value, impact, cost, and speed.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and business goals.
• Participate in architecture, infrastructure, and technology decisions, occasionally assisting with implementation and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hands‑on experience reviewing full infrastructure and assessing its suitability.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to evaluate multiple options and explain trade‑offs clearly.
• Comfortable speaking with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Linux operating system.
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent orchestration.
• GPU technologies (AMD, NVIDIA, Huawei, Biren, Intel).
• LLM frameworks such as vllm and ollama.
• Design of software systems, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
