Spa Attendant

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a Spa Attendant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its changing rooms, thermal sequencing, and pool areas, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and a first‑class guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean and fully stocked changing areas, including robes, towels, slippers, and small towels.
• Provide ice water and fruit in changing facilities and ensure poolside areas have towels and water cups.
• Keep showers, bathrooms, and thermal sequencing areas clean, stocked, and equipped with shower mats.
• Monitor all floor areas to keep them dry and free of surface water.
• Assist the juice bar and distribute complimentary shots in pool and thermal areas.
• Promote a professional, helpful image and anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
• Friendly, helpful demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Awareness of safety protocols to prevent accidents.
