Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role
As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth spa operations. Your friendly presence will help brighten each guest’s day while supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests entering the spa/salon, handling check‑in and registration procedures.
- Answer phone calls and emails, manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and relay information to the appropriate team members.
- Perform office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance to spa managers.
Required profile
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency in daily tasks.
