Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Receptionist provides front‑desk support for the spa and salon, ensuring guests receive seamless service from booking through checkout in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule spa and salon services using the reservations software and confirm appointments with guests.
• Check‑in guests, verify their details, provide orientation and promote additional spa services.
• Process guest payments, obtain payment authorizations, handle cash tips and balance receipts with Accounting.
• Maintain the reservations list, inform providers of changes, and resolve scheduling issues in coordination with supervisors.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with company policies and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related spa or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa/salon reservations software system.
• Ability to obtain payment authorizations and process guest payments.
• Experience balancing, scanning and dropping receipts.
