About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join the world‑class spa team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. In this full‑time position you will deliver a range of luxury treatments to our discerning guests, ensuring each experience reflects the brand’s legacy of refined hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Provide personalized recommendations and exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with spa colleagues and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering high‑quality spa experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment and interact courteously with international guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering professional massage, facial and body treatments.
