About the role

Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites applications for a Spa Therapist. The role delivers exceptional wellness experiences that reflect the elegance and personalized service of the luxury brands, through professional treatments, intuitive service and a genuine passion for wellbeing and hospitality. Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and wellness therapies according to established protocols.
• Conduct guest consultations to identify individual needs, preferences and contraindications, and ensure guest comfort, privacy and satisfaction.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and spa areas to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, and prepare rooms with supplies, amenities and linens before each appointment.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness programs and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or operational concerns promptly.
• Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty, and work with the spa team and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in training and development, and adhere to health, safety, sanitation and spa operating procedures.

Required profile

• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of various massage and beauty techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
