About the role
The Steward ensures the kitchen areas of Hamad International Airport lounges are clean, well‑maintained and organized at all times. You will support food‑service operations by upholding high standards of hygiene and assisting with buffet set‑ups.
Key responsibilities
- Follow food safety and hygiene policies.
- Clean and wash cutlery, utensils and other food‑preparation items.
- Keep work areas free of trash, waste and broken items.
- Sanitize workspaces regularly, paying attention to hard‑to‑reach spots.
- Maintain stock of cleaning liquids, gloves and related supplies.
- Assist in setting up buffets as directed by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen, store and operations teams for seamless service.
- Ensure hygienic food‑and‑beverage procedures are consistently applied.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to foster teamwork.
- Strong command of the English language.
