Stewarding Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Stewarding Supervisor. The role oversees daily stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation across kitchens, restaurants and back‑of‑house areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, restaurants and back‑of‑house areas.
• Oversee cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils and tableware.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to stewarding team members.
• Train, coach and evaluate stewarding staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
• Coordinate with culinary and food‑and‑beverage teams to support operations.
• Ensure proper waste management and recycling procedures.
• Report equipment maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
• Monitor productivity and maintain high operational standards.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous stewarding or kitchen operations experience with supervisory responsibility (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and health regulations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
