Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Givenchy is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion boutique, acting as the brand ambassador and ensuring an unparalleled client experience. The role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence in a dynamic, high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and mentor the store team, fostering a culture of luxury service and continuous development.
• Set and monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and conduct regular assessments to drive team effectiveness.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyze trends, set targets and work to exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain the highest standards of client service, cultivate relationships with high‑value customers and support brand loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee store operations including stock organization, visual presentation and compliance with brand protocols.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and communicate insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of luxury products and service standards.
• Alignment with Givenchy’s culture of audacity and innovation.
• Very good proficiency in the local language and a second language.
• Passion for fashion, customer experience and a resilient, entrepreneurial mindset.
