Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor will manage the receipt, handling and inventory of food and related supplies for St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in West Bay, Doha. This role ensures that all deliveries meet quality, safety and freshness standards while supporting the hotel's procurement and quality assurance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and process deliveries, verifying quantities and condition.
• Track inventory, complete reports and maintain accurate logs.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and monitor PAR levels for food items.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency and quality; reject damaged or non‑conforming items.
• Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all food‑related areas.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack, organize pallets, and ensure proper storage.
• Assist management in training, counseling and motivating staff, acting as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and positive guest interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in hospitality or food service.
• Ability to operate forklift/pallet jack and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and verify documentation.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
