Store Supervisor – Warehouse & IPS Materials Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management activities for our Oil & Gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse and store activities including receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper material identification, tagging, binning, and storage in accordance with company and project requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to support ongoing project activities.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and control all Insulation, Painting, and Scaffolding (IPS) materials, ensuring proper storage and preservation.
• Monitor material consumption against project budgets and coordinate forecasting with project teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Construction, QA/QC, and Logistics departments for material planning and movement.
• Prepare and maintain material receiving reports, issue vouchers, stock reports, and inventory records.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse Supervision within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience handling IPS materials for industrial shutdown, maintenance, EPC, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of material control procedures, inventory management systems, warehouse operations, material preservation techniques, stock auditing & reconciliation, and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
