Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant – AI Training, you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system for AI outputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing messy inputs into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort delivering recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
