Structural Engineer Level II

About the role

Worley is seeking a Structural Engineer Level II to support offshore structural design projects. The role involves applying engineering standards, preparing detailed design documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support adherence to engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare design specifications, detailed designs, drawings, calculations, and reports for offshore structural works.
• Maintain accurate and current design documentation throughout the development process.
• Conduct studies, analyses, and recommend engineering actions.
• Identify and report changes to project scope and contribute to peer‑review processes.
• Prepare Material Take‑Offs (MTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Participate in offshore site surveys as required.
• Work within Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Mandatory MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation or willingness to obtain it during probation.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably offshore.
