About the role

Weatherford is offering a Summer 2023 internship program at its Houston locations. The program provides hands‑on experience across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain and Human Resources, giving interns exposure to the oil and gas industry and the company’s health, safety and environment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive coaching and mentoring to understand Weatherford’s organization, projects and processes.
• Complete internal projects aimed at business improvements and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and fellow interns to develop solutions.
• Present project results to senior leadership.
• Participate in safety, quality and compliance activities as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in the oil and gas sector and corporate functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
