About the role
The Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions is seeking a Supervisor for its Steelworks Department. The role involves overseeing shipyard steelwork activities, ensuring that all work meets safety and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily steelwork operations and coordinate team activities on the shipyard floor.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Ensure that all steelwork tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Required profile
- High school or vocational diploma in a relevant trade.
- Minimum 3–4 years of ship repair or shipyard experience, including supervisory duties.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate daily work.
