Supply Chain & Procurement Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain & Procurement Lead to own the end‑to‑end purchasing process, from demand forecasting to supplier coordination and inventory reporting. The role blends product knowledge with strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions that support sales targets and margin goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly purchasing and category plans based on sales targets, stock levels, market demand and budget constraints.
• Determine required new product introductions and restocks across categories, reviewing quantities by SKU, size, colour and location.
• Approve purchase orders, monitor their lifecycle, and ensure accurate product details, pricing and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers on quotations, MOQ, production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Track supplier performance, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions on delays or quality issues.
• Lead the sourcing, replenishment and inventory reporting team, setting clear responsibilities, deadlines and action trackers.
• Provide weekly management reports on purchasing performance, stock risks, budget utilization and required actions.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandise planning or category management.
• Background in fashion retail, e‑commerce or other product‑driven businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems for purchase‑order and supplier management.
• Data analysis and demand‑forecasting capabilities.
