Systems Architect

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Wealth & Asset Management platforms, overseeing large, cross‑functional programs that span business, technology, operations, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Establish program governance, manage risks, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Lead implementation partners and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
• 8+ years leading large‑scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations in Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 global banks.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi‑vendor transformation programs and strong senior stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on implementation experience with Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS, Aurora Reconciliation.
• Experience with SimCorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, TemenosWealth, or FNZ is an advantage.
• Enterprise program management, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, data migration, stakeholder & vendor management, budget/risk/schedule management, executive communication and leadership.
