Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that qualified candidates are secured on time, within budget, and at the appropriate grade and pay level. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver high‑quality talent for technical and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via direct channels, job boards, professional networks, referrals and targeted market mapping; manage recruitment agencies when needed.
• Screen applications, lead competency‑based interviews, coordinate technical assessments and panel interviews.
• Prepare offer proposals aligned with pay scales, grade structures and benefit matrices, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks (references, background, certificates, medical) and hand over to Government Affairs.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking data and produce recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and source effectiveness.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and support employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, construction, energy or infrastructure.
• Experience recruiting in GCC markets; sourcing experience in CIS, Central Asia and the Indian subcontinent is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record recruiting for both technical and corporate roles.
