About the role
We need to hire quality technical talent as development work and customer requests grow. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruitment process for roles such as Solutions Architects and Software Engineers, ensuring we attract the right people quickly. We are a highly agile organization that moves fast, tries things, breaks things, and improves quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Own recruitment from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Work closely with the business to understand hiring needs.
- Continuously improve attraction, assessment, and hiring processes, including internal hiring systems.
- Experiment with new approaches such as inbound applications, direct outreach, job ads, referrals, or building a recruitment team when needed.
Required profile
- Recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles.
- Proactive attitude with a strong understanding of business needs.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
