Talent Assessment & Development Manager – Customer Experience

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and forward‑thinking Manager of Talent Assessment & Development for Customer Experience to join our Cabin Services team in Doha. In this role you will lead the design and implementation of talent assessment, performance management and employee development initiatives that support operational excellence and leadership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework aligned with organisational and customer experience objectives.
• Design competency models and assessment methodologies, including behavioural interviews, simulations, assessment centres and psychometric tools.
• Create structured development pathways and leadership programmes for cabin crew and senior staff.
• Establish measurable performance indicators, governance processes and executive dashboards to drive data‑informed workforce decisions.
• Lead periodic reviews of competency frameworks and ensure quality assurance across all assessment activities.
• Identify high‑potential talent, design succession plans and partner with Learning & Development to address competency gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent assessment, performance management and leadership development, preferably within cabin services or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating with operational leaders, training teams, recruitment and HR partners.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for building high‑performing, future‑ready workforces.
