Team Leader – Concierge

About the role

The Team Leader – Concierge will support the efficient operation of the concierge department at Andaz Doha, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures high levels of guest satisfaction while contributing to the department’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing the guest service department.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control concierge operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader – Concierge.
• Holder of the "Clefs d'Or" designation is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Qatar as per statutory requirements.
